Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are packed. Please contact us immediately via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order ID. Once an order is packed and handed to the courier, cancellations may not be possible for perishable items.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway trusted by over 8 million Indian businesses. We never store your card details. Your personal delivery information is used only to fulfil your order.
We deliver pan-India to all states and union territories. Delivery timelines vary by location — Maharashtra orders typically arrive sooner due to proximity to our kitchen in Titwala, Thane.
Orders are packed after payment confirmation and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Maharashtra orders are usually faster (2–4 days).
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery state. Maharashtra has a lower per-kg rate than other states. The exact delivery charge is shown on the checkout page once you enter your pincode and state.
Free delivery thresholds may be available during festive promotions. Check the checkout page for the current delivery fee — it is always shown transparently before payment.
Shelf life varies by product type. Pickles (loncha) typically last 6–12 months when refrigerated after opening. Laddoos last 15–30 days at room temperature. Masalas and dry spice blends last 6–12 months in a cool, dry place. The exact shelf life is listed on every product page.
No artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours are used. Our pickles are preserved naturally with salt, oil, and traditional spices — the same way they have been made in Indian homes for generations. All ingredients are listed on every product page for complete transparency.
Products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Pickles and masalas are prepared regularly and dispatched from the most recently made batch. Laddoos and sweets are made closer to order time due to their shorter shelf life.
All products are packed in food-grade, hygienic packaging suitable for transit. Liquids and pickles are sealed to prevent leakage. Fragile or perishable items are given extra protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Currently, we accept prepaid orders only via Razorpay. This ensures your order is confirmed and packed immediately without delay. COD may be introduced in future.
Due to the perishable nature of homemade food, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Yes! We accept custom bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, Diwali hampers, pujas, and other events. Bulk orders are prepared fresh in larger quantities with advance notice. Please use the Contact page or WhatsApp to discuss requirements, quantities, and lead time at least 7–10 days before your event.
Yes. We can assemble custom hampers with your choice of products for Diwali, Navratri, weddings, and other occasions. Contact us in advance to discuss packaging preferences, quantities, and delivery timeline.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email (if provided at checkout). Enter your tracking ID on the Tracking page to get real-time shipment updates. You can also check your order status on the Order Status page using your registered mobile number.
Some products such as laddoos contain cashews, almonds, and pistachios. All ingredients are listed clearly on each product page. If you have a specific allergy concern, please review the ingredients list carefully or contact us before ordering.
